Tranquileaty est une application mobile permettant de trouver des restaurants conformes aux critères islamiques. Elle permet aux utilisateurs de :

Certaines fonctionnalités nécessitent la création d'un compte. Vous vous engagez à fournir des informations exactes et à maintenir la confidentialité de vos identifiants.
L'Application nécessite l'accès à votre localisation GPS pour fonctionner correctement.
Les utilisateurs peuvent contribuer à l'Application en :
En publiant du contenu sur l'Application, vous accordez à l'Éditeur une licence non exclusive, mondiale et gratuite pour utiliser, afficher et distribuer ce contenu dans le cadre du fonctionnement de l'Application.
Vous êtes seul responsable du contenu que vous publiez. L'Éditeur se réserve le droit de supprimer tout contenu contraire aux présentes CGU.

L'Éditeur ne peut être tenu responsable des décisions prises sur la base des informations de l'Application. Il appartient à chaque utilisateur de vérifier les informations directement auprès des restaurants.
Le traitement de vos données personnelles est décrit dans notre Politique de Confidentialité.
Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment depuis l'Application. Une période de grâce de 30 jours s'applique avant la suppression définitive.
L'Éditeur peut suspendre ou supprimer un compte en cas de violation des CGU, sans préavis ni indemnité.
L'Éditeur se réserve le droit de modifier ces CGU à tout moment. Les modifications seront notifiées dans l'Application. La poursuite de l'utilisation après modification vaut acceptation.
Les présentes CGU sont régies par le droit français. En cas de litige, les tribunaux français seront compétents.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified in the Application. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
